The NAEA E-Learning courses offer delegates an alternative method for training in key areas. Designed so that delegates can work through the course content at their own pace, fit sessions around other commitments, and requiring nothing more than a computer with internet access; this flexible method of training is perfect for agents unable to leave the office to attend a training course or who are required to train in their own time.
