The National Association of Estate Agents is committed to raising standards within the estate agency profession through qualifications and training. We offer a range of specialist short courses and workshops aimed at staff at all levels, many of which support and complement our qualifications programme. The National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Awarding Body offers nationally recognised qualifications in letting and property management at two levels; the Level 3 Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property and the Level 5 Diploma in Residential Estate Agency.
